Melissa and her team are amazing!! I am super picky with my makeup and have never liked when someone else has done it, until I found Melissa! She made my girls and I feel so beautiful on my wedding day, while all still feeling like ourselves. Our makeup lasted all day and night. Melissa did my makeup, my mothers makeup and my bridesmaids makeup for my wedding day. She is such a talented artist! I had never loved my makeup so much before. My skin was flawless, and my eyes looked so big - I was obsessed! I don't wear much makeup on a daily basis, and her work made me look and feel like myself. She is also very kind and considerate when COVID-19 started to interfere. Whenever an issue arose, whether it be location or numbers, we were able to work together to find a solution that worked best for the both of us. I cannot recommend Melissa more. From the beginning, Melissa was such a professional to work with. I was recommended to her by a few colleagues at work and when I reached out to her via email, she responded almost instantly! From that point on, she provided me everything that I needed to know and was so easy to go back and forth with. For my make-up trial, Melissa made it convenient for me and travelled to my mother's house. It was a great opportunity to get to know Melissa and her style of work better. On my actual wedding day, Melissa and her team travelled to our wedding location and WENT TO WORK. All of my bridesmaids looked stunning and I was extremely happy with my look. Not only did I look fabulous, but the make up application was one with integrity and it stayed on my face until I washed it off later that night. Important to note for any emotional brides - I cried almost the entire afternoon and night and I had no issues of smudging or it wearing off. As mentioned, Melissa is a true make-up artist and professional. She takes her work seriously and delivers for her clients. Our wedding glam was nothing short of perfect!

I initially found Melissa through Wedding Wire when I began my wedding planning journey in early 2019. I was initially drawn to her work because of the knack she seems to have for glamming you up without hiding your true beauty. I have had the privilege of working with Melissa on three occasions. First, for my engagement shoot, second, for my bridal trial/bridal shower, and third, for my wedding day. Each time, I was impressed with her punctuality, professionalism, and easygoing nature. We always have the best conversation! She is super super easy to deal with via e-mail and responds in a prompt manner. When I needed to make changes to my wedding day makeup needs, she was super accommodating and was always super polite and thorough when explaining cost and details to me. Since my wedding day was packed, I needed to pay for an early start time fee. Melissa tried to make it so that we could start later so that I wouldn’t have to pay her an extra fee - talk about an honest business woman! Every single time Melissa does my makeup, I get so many compliments about how amazing yet natural it looks. She truly understands how to enhance your natural beauty while still adding some flare and fun to your face! The quality of work that she provides for the price that she charges simply amazing. Melissa did such an incredible job on myself, my mother, and my two bridesmaids. I got married July 20th, 2019 and the weather was pushing 37 degrees. Feeling like +44. When looking for a makeup artist for my wedding day, I stumbled upon Melissa on Wedding Wire and I am so happy I did. I hired her to do makeup for myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids the day of my wedding. She did such an amazing job and I could not have been happier. Melissa replied to all my emails and answered any questions that I had. She was on time and listened to any requests myself or the bridesmaids had in terms of what they wanted for their makeup. The makeup lasted the whole day and was still intact the next morning (as I didn't wash it off). Melissa made me feel so beautiful, I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to everyone!

Great makeup artist who listened well, remembered my preferences from my trial run, and was attentive to me on the wedding day. My bridesmaids loved her work too. I have very sensitive skin which reacts to certain makeup products, and I had no skin reactions that day. The price was great especially considering it was packaged with hair services for my entire bridal party and my mom. I’ve recommended her several times outside of this site and will continue to do so. I wouldn’t change a thing except maybe my choice to hire only one artist so that we didn’t have to wake up as early. But even then, I couldn’t sleep due to excitement!

Melissa is an extremely skilled and professional makeup artist who did the makeup for myself, my bridesmaid and my mom for my November 2017 wedding. She took the time to ensure everyone was absolutely satisfied with her work and she brought everyone's vision to life. My trial was great and turned out exactly how I imagined. She did a great job in the morning at my house on the wedding day and she offered an amazing touch-up service for everyone right before the reception.
She uses quality products and is very knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. My bridesmaids, my mom and even our guests still talk about how amazing our makeup looked and how well is lasted all day and night - not to mention, it looked unreal in photos!
She also did airbrush and eye lashes for all of us - which is a must!

Old School Hollywood Glam Wedding Look
I got married on September 30th, 2017. Melissa was very professional, and skilled. She and her assistant came to the salon we were getting ready at, and took care of my 3 girls and my mom and myself. We had some add in's near the last minute and Melissa was very good about helping us out. My mom looked like a movie star, so classy and my girls looked flawless. I felt like a million bucks, and my makeup lasted all day with no touch ups except my lipstick. The price was very fair for what it is, as it covers the price of the products which were all high quality and I only use MAC on my face and the time and the fact they came to us which was a time saver. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone for her professionalism and skill.
